WHAT WOULD HAPPEN? IF? #4
Have you ever wondered what would happen if the FootballTeam administration decided to merge Classic, Royal, and Legacy into one global server, and what would happen if players were suddenly thrown into a new reality? No? Well, I'll tell you anyway.
The first day after the merge – chaos or euphoria?
The first day of the merge would resemble a stadium explosion of emotions. Players from each server would now log into one server simultaneously, checking their packs, training, and energy. The main chats were abuzz:
"PREPARATE THE 15TH ARAB LEAGUE FOR PLAYERS FROM CLASSIC AND ROYAL!"
"WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO US?!"
Players who were mediocre would immediately be removed from the spotlight because they were already too weak. Crafting in the Manufactory would work normally, but accessing items from the Manufactory would become much easier, almost like taking a lollipop from a child, because now players from three servers would be crafting everything on one server.
Market and Training – First Come, First Served?:
Merge would transform the market into a true battlefield. Players who previously only had access to a local market would suddenly have to compete globally.
Training and energy management would take on a new dimension. With more players in one system, scheduling training sessions would become crucial to staying ahead in the OVR rankings. (People have to click on Night Training every day and can't be even a second late starting the training session. xD).
Player reactions – from euphoria to frustration?
The community quickly split into different camps:
Excited: "Finally, I can compete with players from other servers – Legacy has become a real challenge!" These could most likely be the best of the best teams from all three servers.
Frustrated: "Why did you do this? Now we don't even have a chance to win anything in the third league!" These could be average teams from the Classic and Royal Leagues, as these servers are younger, making the teams less developed, meaning they have smaller overall teams.
Memes and comments would appear in chats, just like in a real stadium: "Merge = The beginning of the end of the beautiful game," "The market looks like a tournament of the fastest fingers," "Whoever continues to play has a stronger mentality than a FIFA player who never gets knocked out."
League Effects of a Merge?:
League matches for top teams would become more unpredictable. Teams that previously dominated on Classic or Royal would now have to face players from other servers, but mid-tier teams on Royal or Classic would be in a much worse situation. Players would comment:
"I was fighting in the national cup final before, and now I feel like United because I'm barely above the relegation zone!"
"If you add B Division, maybe I'll win something!"
Summary – How Would It End?:
A server merger would be a disaster for most players. Most clubs from Classic and Royal would end up like Wisła Kraków, spending several years in lower leagues, like Wisła Kraków (Wisła Kraków is this season, like every year...). Alternatively, clubs would end their histories, and players would create new ones. Most players wouldn't like the idea of a major merge, as a significant portion of the player base would lose out.
If you liked the article and think there's a good topic I could cover, feel free to leave a comment. (Seriously, I'll be looking for ideas in the comments, please help xD)?
Is there a chance this will happen? There's always a chance, but in this case, I think it's very slim. Besides, such a change wouldn't make sense for the administration, because the change itself would make it impossible to play without multiplying the overalls for Royal and Classic players. However, if these overalls were multiplied, Legacy players might feel offended. Remember, this is only a preview article, a glimpse into what it could look like; it's not created in consultation with anyone responsible for the game, other than being sent for publication and translation to the newsletter.

BORAT – THAT’S ALL!
Good day, dear readers of the sports magazine!
The world has changed. I feel it in the water, I feel it in the earth, I smell it in the air… Much that once was is lost, for none now live who remember it.
— Quote from J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Return of the King.
That’s exactly how I decided to start today’s article. The reason for such a beginning is the reform of the sports magazine, which will now be published once a month. And since such changes have taken place, the approach to writing should also change accordingly. We need to cover all the most important things that happened over the past month.
Let’s try to do that.
Let’s start with a brief summary of the competitions.
Leagues
The final placements in the leagues didn’t surprise me — the favorites, as expected, became the champions. As for the rest of the positions, there were some minor deviations from what was expected on paper, but this is more due to the stronger teams choosing to try their luck in the Europa League or national cups, rather than the merit of the weaker ones.
What’s unexpected and pleasant is that we’re in for a reshuffling of the leagues. The first format after the switch from the Super League was based on the principle of placing teams at the top, which made it somewhat predictable who would finish where. Now, that imbalance should change — so we look forward to it with anticipation!
Super League
I won’t evaluate the tournament as a whole — everyone can have their own opinion on how exciting it was — but what was definitely exciting was the clash of the server’s two flagships: Public Enemies and Jokers Gambit, in which the former became champions only thanks to tiebreakers! We’re looking forward to a rematch next season! It was a spectacle!
Champions Tournament
But the season didn’t end there — the same teams gave us another celebration in the form of the International Champions Tournament final! Wow, what a match! Most importantly, Jokers Gambit managed to get their revenge, winning an incredible shootout 6:5. Wow!
Domestic Cups
I won’t list all the cup winners — instead, I’ll focus on the matches that legends will be written about!
The first such match took place on the sandy beaches of Turkey, where Novigrad faced The Workers in the final. Before the final, Novigrad were considered the favorites, albeit with some caveats, and the match stats confirmed this — they spent more time attacking and created more chances. But fortune in that match favored The Workers, who, during one of their rare ventures forward in the middle of the first half, earned a set-piece and converted it, then scored again on the counterattack off another set-piece at the very end!
And finally, let’s talk about the feast that was the English Cup final, where two gladiators clashed — Spartak and FC Spartak M. For some reason, the Spider-Man meme came to mind — the one where three Spider-Men point at each other.
The teams were evenly matched both before and during the game, which had everything fans love: top-tier play by one team and an incredible comeback by the other. FC Spartak M led 3:1 in the middle of the second half and seemed destined to win, but Spartak managed to equalize and take the match to extra time, where they even went ahead 4:3. But just as their players were reaching for the champagne to celebrate, in true dramatic fashion, they conceded a goal in the 126th minute! Then came the penalty shootout, where FC Spartak M proved more fortunate.
And I was there, drinking mead and beer, it ran down my mustache… but I didn’t get the cup. Still, the fans were thrilled! No matter who won, one thing is clear — football won!
A Spoonful of Tar in the Honey
And finally, I’d like to add a little bitter note to this edition. It’s about the Royal server. As you know, rewards in the form of credits are given for winning a national cup, advancing from the group stage in the International Champions Cup, and qualifying for the Super League. And that’s great — but the prize has become so desirable that some teams, after seeing their tournament draws, began mass-migrating to teams in other leagues where they had a better shot at winning a reward.
Here’s an unpopular opinion: this shouldn’t be allowed. So, I propose limiting player transfers until after the national cup and Champions Cup draws. Let’s create a transfer window!
That’s how the first issue of the new format turned out — I hope you liked it!

THE END OF AN ERA
Hello again, friends. Today I will tell you the story of how a small group of Turkish players in the Classic server came together to form a team — and what they went through.
In this tale, you will witness the clash of egos, the stubbornness of Turks.
Harmandalı was an ordinary, mid-level team in a league shared with names like Huragarn, Krematorium, and Lionheart. We played the game simply to enjoy ourselves, to pass the time.
Until that day came… Team Games.
They say: “Tell a Turk they can’t do it, and then watch.” That was how Harmandalı’s march toward both glory and ruin began.
Plans were made: how much training could we push, what could we achieve, how far could we go? At that time, no one had trained that much before. To surpass 7,200 sessions and claim a 33% bonus was nearly impossible. But Harmandalı decided to try — to show what they were capable of, to prove their competitive spirit.
Before the Team Games, Harmandalı stood 35th in the overall rankings. They were ready for war. Back then, the rules were different: only teams that broke the 4 million mark received rewards. Boosters, which today are almost given out weekly, did not exist. To claim the no requirement for a booster for training, the team either had to unlock a one-week specialty bonus by exchanging cards or brew specialty drinks.
Unaware of the card reward, Harmandalı — still new to the mechanics — worked tirelessly to produce the costly drinks, in a time when the real-life Turkish economy made dollar-based packs even harder to buy. Against all odds, the 4 million barrier was broken. The reward was claimed. The team grew strongerThe training outpaced rivals, closing the gap and even surpassing many. The league had a new contender.
And so, Harmandalı was no longer just a mid-table side — they were becoming a force to be reckoned with.
The following season, as Harmandalı grew stronger, its players not only began scoring consistently but also grew accustomed to success. They planned their next Team Games with precision — and executed them flawlessly. Day by day, their training intensified, each effort building upon the last. The result: a team that had become one of the hardest to defeat in the league.
The Poison of Power
With each success, Harmandalı grew stronger. Dreams once unreachable now seemed within grasp. The Super League — the pinnacle.
At that time, there were four leagues. To reach the Super League, a team had to be among the top 8 in the overall ranking. Toward the season’s end, Harmandalı sat in 8th place.
Two paths lay before them:
Enter the Super League immediately as the 8th seed, knowing the fierce challenge ahead. Or, as some teams did, hold back, slip to 9th, and delay the ticket to the top for one more season.
The team split in two. Some argued that rushing into the Super League would only crush their spirits. Others insisted: this chance might come only once — take it, no matter what.
The debate stretched on. No longer an exchange of ideas, it turned into a clash of egos. Players stopped asking why — they only pushed for their way. Cracks began to form.
The First Departures
Inevitable came. The first to leave was Kyuzo. Unwilling to remain in chaos, he made his exit.
After his departure, the team struggled to bring in reinforcements. New players came, played a season, and left again. Harmandalı was unraveling. Results worsened. Frustration grew.
One by one, more players left — some with failure, others abandoning the game altogether. The once-rising Harmandalı was now in decline, desperately seeking solutions.
Breaking the Taboo
From the beginning, the dream was simple: a team that spoke only Turkish. But with the player base already small, and departures mounting, that dream became impossible.
“ONLY TURKISH SPEAKING.”
It could no longer hold. The team started recruiting regardless of language. The irony: the first person who had once suggested this course was none other than Kyuzo — the very first to leave. Now, with the team forced to abandon its one-language rule, a question echoed: “Was Kyuzo right all along?”
But the past could not be undone.
Harmandalı shifted from a single-nation team into a multi-national one. Yet this change dimmed the joy. Achievements began to be credited not to the team, but to individuals. Turkish players grew disheartened. More departures followed. Some left because of frustration, others due to health problems from the game itself. In the end, what everyone feared came true. The last core of 8–12 active Turkish players left in search of new homes.
Harmandalı, once a rising star, a team that glittered in its short-lived glory, had now become a graveyard.
Who knows? Perhaps one day the Turks will gather again, under a new banner, to climb once more toward the summit.
But for now, that answer remains a mystery.
Until next time —
I am Kyuzo.
Thank you for reading, and I wish you good games.

FROM TRADITION TO RENEWAL: HOW NEW BUNDLES ARE REDEFINING ECONOMICS AND STRATEGY IN FOOTBALLTEAM
Key Takeaway: The arrival of Event Bundles and October Starter Bundles marks a new phase in the balance between progress, investment, and competitiveness within the community.
Matter:
FootballTeam is currently undergoing a period of transition. After the success—and controversy—of the previously released Fresh Special Bundles and New Starter Bundles, the game now features a new batch of.
The previous packs, released in previous months, focused on accelerating individual development. They offered direct bonuses to training, regeneration, and level-up improvements..
The October Starter Bundles, on the other hand, maintain the spirit of traditional starter packs, but with a more modern twist. The emphasis now is on preparing for the new season, encouraging .
Comparing the two periods—that of previous bundles and the current one—we see a clear evolution in concept. Previously, bundles were seen as momentary impulses: packages that provided quick benefits..
From a community perspective, reactions have been mixed, but interestingly more positive than in previous editions. Many veterans point out that the Event Bundles finally bring something "new to life." .
Another important aspect is the internal economy. Recent packages seem to have been more carefully calibrated in terms of the total value of the rewards. Bonus percentages vary, but they are generally.
Visually, the changes are also striking. While the Fresh and New Starter Bundles featured electric hues and futuristic layouts, the new bundles adopt a cleaner, more organized style, conveying.
In terms of overall impact, this new generation of bundles tends to generate three main effects. First, an increase in engagement in seasonal events, as many of the bonuses apply to tournaments. .
Ultimately, what we're seeing is a maturation of FootballTeam's monetization and progression model. While packs were once seen as shortcuts, they've now become management tools within.
The Event Bundles and October Starter Bundles aren't just promotions; they're the expression of a design philosophy that embraces continuous evolution. It remains to be seen whether the community will continue to embrace these

JOKERS GAMBIT VS PUBLIC ENEMIES – GREAT RIVALRY ON THE LEGACY SERVER!
One of the most thrilling and legendary conflicts in the game's history is unfolding on the Legacy server in FootballTeam. Two clubs – Jokers Gambit and Public Enemies – have been locked in a fierce battle for months to be crowned the best team on the entire server. Their rivalry has become a symbol of passion, ambition, and determination, and its effects are visible in every aspect of the game – from the SuperLeague and the Champions Tournament, to the Top of the Week and Club Games.
Battle at the Top of the SuperLeague and the Champions Tournament:
Both teams dominated the SuperLeague for a long time, demonstrating the highest level of organization, teamwork, and commitment. Each of their head-to-head matches electrified the gaming community. Public Enemies is a team composed largely of players hailing from the Legacy server – players who have been building their reputation and experience in this community for years. Jokers Gambit, on the other hand, is composed of top players from the former Speed server, who, following the merge of both worlds, brought a completely new level of quality to the competition and... quite a stir. Their appearance on Legacy intensified the competition, and many former dominators had to face a new, extremely challenging opponent.
In the Tournament of Champions, the clashes between these two giants repeatedly determined who would take home the final trophy. Teams analyzed their matches frame by frame, and every detail could determine success or failure. There was no room for chance in these duels – strategy, commitment, and experience were paramount.
Top of the Week – A Battle of Stats and Club Effort:
The rivalry between Jokers Gambit and Public Enemies wasn't limited to the pitch. The competition also spilled over into the Training Top of the Week and Club Top of the Week. Both clubs competed not only for prestige but also to showcase their organizational strength.
Top-level training, maximum member activity, and close collaboration were the daily routines for both teams. The players pushed each other to not only win the match but also dominate the activity and development rankings.
Side Effect of Domination – Opportunity for Others:
This intense rivalry, however, caused smaller clubs to see their opportunity. While Jokers Gambit and Public Enemies focused on their rivalry, others began to capitalize on their weaknesses.
Teams like The Legends OW, LIONHEART, and AK Elite Team were able to seize the initiative and claim victories in the Top Club Week, demonstrating that even giants are not indestructible. This infused new energy throughout the server – smaller clubs began to believe that with hard work and consistency, they could catch the best and reap the rewards.
The Rivalry That Fuels Legacy:
The clash between Jokers Gambit and Public Enemies is more than just a title fight. It's a story of ambition, rivalry, and mutual respect. Their struggles fuel the entire server, motivate other players, and create an atmosphere of true sportsmanship.
Regardless of which team ultimately proves superior, one thing is certain – thanks to them, the Legacy server lives, thrives, and remains a place where passion for football meets the highest level of competition.

INACTIVITY AND FRAGILE ROSTERS
Hello, strategists and virtual football aficionados!
Welcome to the Football Team Games Sports Journal. Today, we spotlight what is perhaps the most treacherous adversary in our National Leagues: inactivity. This dilemma between constant presence and silent absence not only weakens our squads but also threatens the integrity and very health of our competition.
The initial excitement, marked by long hours of player development and team strategies, is an undeniable reality. However, as the seasons progress, the "real world" imposes its weight. It's crucial to understand that the root of the inactivity problem isn't primarily the difficulty of progression. The data is clear: abandoned accounts show a wide variation in OVR (Overall), proving that technical evolution is not the major obstacle. The true culprits are external factors, such as personal routine, work commitments, or the pull of new games.
This absence, however, escalates into a crisis when team chemistry —the tactical soul of any squad—becomes the decisive factor for victory. The lack of account access paralyzes both individual and collective development, turning promising teams into a mere collection of names without tactical synergy.
Half without a complete roster and a fifth of inactive accounts
To quantify the dimension of this issue, we conducted a detailed survey in the English first division during the 81st season. The numbers are revealing and raise a red alert about the state of our competition. In other words, we have 50% of the teams with open spaces for the entry of parts:
- Complete Squad - Jokers Gambit, Wings, FC Dinamo Kiyv, Niebieskie ChachaRy, La Familia, Метeop, FC MISIACZKI and Ордабасы Шымкент
- Incomplete Squad - ФК Спартак М, kontuzje to zabija gracz, KS Tarnów, Eagles FC, Villarreal CF, Эгриси, VIKOMP OST and LKS Huragan Basznia Dolna, operating with only 3 active players on the roster.
Across a total universe of 274 analyzed accounts, the result is shocking: 56 players remain inactive (short, medium and long period and/or permanently). This means that approximately one-fifth (20.4%) of the entire competitor base is out of the game. It is an alarming proportion—as if one player in every five selected isn't even logging in. Victory requires skill, of course, but it is sustained by constant presence and teamwork. With over 20% of the roster absent, the need for engagement strategies has never been more urgent.
The Ethical Dilemma
Here we touch on the most sensitive point, a debate that stirs the community: Is it fair that a player who doesn't log in, doesn't train, and doesn't contribute to team chemistry, can still be selected and influence the outcome of a match?
This situation shakes the foundations of the game's meritocracy. In sports, virtual or real, victory should be the reward for the effort and dedication of the athletes who maintain the routine. The contrast is stark: the commitment of those who dedicate themselves is devalued by the static weight of an absent player's OVR, undermining the league's credibility.
The impact extends beyond the scoreboard. Inactivity has a ripple effect that tears at the social fabric of the game. When a player disappears, the team loses a link in the chain of communication and mutual support. Collective dedication turns into a solitary task, creating a vicious cycle where the disinterest of a few ends up contaminating the motivation of the most engaged.
A Call to the Community: How to Overcome Inactivity?
The responsibility for reversing this trend belongs to everyone. Inactivity is a community problem that demands joint solutions. The big question is: How can the Football Team Community unite to ensure fewer inactive accounts and more consistent access, building a fairer future for all?
- Team Leaders: Must take on a proactive role, acting as real-world managers. What communication and motivation strategies can be implemented to reverse disengagement before it turns into abandonment?
- Game Administration: It is imperative to explore mechanisms that incentivize continuous activity while combating the unfairness of ghost rosters. Suggestions like more significant daily rewards, special events that demand frequent participation, or even a system that adjusts inactive players' OVR in real-time, reflecting the loss of team chemistry, need to be debated and implemented.
The future of Football Team Games depends on your constant dedication and our capacity to innovate. Share your ideas and solutions in the comments: We want to know what, in your opinion, would make daily access irresistible.
Thank you for reading, and see you next month!
