FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING SERVER MERGER
Below you’ll find the answers to frequently asked questions regarding the merger of Speed and Legacy servers. If you have any doubts concerning the upcoming fusion, check out the information below!
Will OVR Bundles reset after the transfer?
OVR Bundles will reset for players from the Speed server since their assigned OVR Bundle ID will change.
Will team bonuses be transferred?
All bonuses will be transferred, except for Hero bonuses, which can only be assigned to one account per server.
Will achievements be reset with the update?
Some achievements will be reset, while others will remain unchanged. Additionally, a large number of new ones will be introduced.
Will league bonuses be active in the week after the Speed season ends?
No, league bonuses and calendar rewards will not be active during the break.
Will new ranks from achievements remove the moderator rank again?
Yes, since players can only have one rank per server. The rank can be reassigned after contacting support.
Will new OVR achievements allow players to claim new skins again?
Yes, since each achievement is treated as a separate reward.
If I delete my account on the Legacy server, can I transfer my character from the Speed server using the same email?
YES.
Players with accounts on both servers registered under the same email must immediately change the email on one of them.
If you are unsure whether you have an account on the Legacy server, try logging in using the email linked to your Speed account. This is the best way to avoid potential issues.
Priority will be given to Legacy accounts.
This means that if you have accounts on both servers under the same email, failing to change it will result in the loss of access to your Speed account.
Make sure the new email address you choose is completely new and has NEVER been used on the Legacy server.

The hard work on the first major update of the year has been successfully completed! We’ve delivered everything as planned, so we can officially confirm:

Changes in Top Teams and Trainings of the Week
The reward system for Top Teams and Trainings of the Week is getting an overhaul to boost competition!
Previously, winners of both competitions not only received the main prize but also reductions and bonuses that made it easier for them to keep winning. This created a perpetual cycle, where dominant teams and players gained an even bigger advantage, disrupting the balance of competition.
To level the playing field, the 1st place team will no longer receive additional reductions and bonuses. Instead, teams finishing 2nd and 3rd will now receive bonuses to help them fight for the top spot in the following week.

New achievements for beginners
We’ve prepared a special 7-stage questline designed to gradually introduce new players to the world of FootballTeam. Each stage brings new challenges that will test skills, strategy, and determination.

💎 QuestLine: Adding QuestLine that will replace the tutorial and help introduce new players to the game.
💎 Ranking: Adding a point-based ranking system to evaluate a player's performance in matches.
💎Games: Stance – This new feature will allow players to temporarily boost a character during a match, likely for 5 ticks. It’s designed to promote in-game activity. Players can activate this option up to three times per match: the first activation is free, while the next two cost 0.5% of Chemistry + Energy per click.
💎 Games: Changing tactics during a match will no longer reduce the team's power. You’ll have 6 free tactic changes per match. Any additional changes will deduct chemistry from all players involved, but this penalty will only apply after the match ends. This adjustment aims to prevent deliberate weakening of the club during matches and to encourage more strategic use of tactics.
💎City/Cafeteria: Adding an automatic Cafeteria for Season Pass holders, allowing players to schedule multiple meals in a queue.
💎 Polls: Introduction of pop-up polls available in the game.
💎 Sounding: Sounding of cards. Each card will be assigned a unique sounding - 1292 recorded sounds.
💎 Sounding: New sound design in various game modules (Work, Cafeteria, Daily Challenges, Seasonal Challenges, etc. – about 1500 recorded sounds).

Changes in Top of the Week rewards
By the end of April, we plan to introduce changes to the rewards for Top Trainings, Teams, and Bettors of the Week.
⚠️ These changes will NOT be part of the March 31st update.
Teams finishing 2nd and 3rd will receive exclusive EXP boosts and cost reductions, available only through winning Top of the Week.
These unique bonuses cannot be obtained anywhere else – only through consistent top performances in weekly rankings.
For teams aiming for the top, this is a clear message: fighting for the TOP 3 every week is the key to unlocking exclusive advantages!

God_vali: Suggestion regarding skin exchange. Since players have a lot of gray skins, it would be nice to have the option to exchange them like items. Of course, the chance of getting a higher-tier skin should be similar to items or even lower. If you don’t get a skin, you could receive a small amount of Golden Balls/Energy instead. This would also create some movement in the market with skin packs, which should either be removed from the shop or changed to allow purchasing a limited amount per week/month.

Such a mechanic could bring more dynamics to the market and give players new ways to use their excess skins. Lomax20001: I suggest lowering the stadium extension requirements for playing in a given league. The current requirements are too strict for teams in the 2nd and 3rd leagues.

Bzykacz69: Hide card slots so that players with two accounts on the same server don’t gain an advantage in duels by seeing what enchanted cards their opponent has in their slots.
@Bzykacz69, thank you for your suggestion! At the moment, we don’t plan to make changes to the visibility of card slots. Players often keep notes on their opponents’ cards anyway, so completely hiding slots wouldn’t eliminate this advantage. That said, we appreciate your concern for game balance and are always open to discussions about improvements!
God_vali: Consider setting price ranges for items (EAFC/FIFA is a good example), with minimum and maximum prices.
@God_vali, thanks for your suggestion! In our system, item prices are determined by the market, allowing free trade between players. However, our system can trigger restrictions in cases of excessively high or low prices, so it’s best to adapt to market conditions. At the same time, the market is there to help players earn and develop their teams, so as long as transactions stay within reasonable limits, they’re acceptable.
Quartis99: I suggest adding weekly training statistics for teams.
@quartis99, thank you for your suggestion! Technically, this would be possible, but the table has limited space, and training values often reach millions, which could make data readability and organization difficult. Nonetheless, we appreciate the idea and will consider whether we can find an optimal solution!
Lomax20001: Add the number of trained specialities at the bottom of the pin image—it would help train existing specialities without having to search for the ones that can be trained without a booster.
@Lomax20001, thank you for your suggestion! We understand that additional information about the number of trained specialities could make training management easier. However, due to limited UI space, fitting these values in a readable way might be challenging. Still, we appreciate the idea and will see if we can implement it in a different way!
Neldyk: When pressing the "Leave Team" button, a warning appears, and then I have to wait 30 days. That’s way too long. Also, I’d like to have the option to undo the decision later.
@Neldyk, thank you for your feedback! At the moment, we don’t plan to change this mechanism. Leaving a club shouldn’t be a hasty decision, which is why we want players to take it seriously. We encourage thoughtful and deliberate choices—the club management is also there to help prevent unwanted departures caused by temporary emotions. 🫡
Lomax20001: Please add daily achievements to the team website—things like training, energy spent, or money earned.

Quartis99: Are you planning to adjust the matchmaking system so that lower-ranked players have a better chance at balanced duels? Also, can events be better balanced so weaker players have more chances to compete?
@quartis99, we’re planning some changes that should help balance duels and event competition:
✅ For the first two weeks of the season, players from the same team won’t be matched against each other in duels.
✅ In the last two weeks, a "free-for-all" mode will be activated, allowing players from the same team to face each other in card duels.
These changes should increase competition and give players from less developed teams a chance to compete with top-tier teams. We hope this adjustment will positively impact gameplay!

Rizi RS: After merging servers, it might be worth making it easier to obtain colored fragments, as crafting top-tier sets is getting more expensive—this is evident from the Legacy server market. Blue fragments are selling for 15 Credits each. I suggest adding a bundle that contains between 50 and 1,000 of these fragments.
@Rizi RS, thanks for your suggestion! Fragments can currently be obtained through the manufacturing module, packs, and other in-game sources. We understand that their cost on the market is increasing, so we’ll consider adding more ways to obtain them. We appreciate your engagement and ideas for improving game mechanics! 😊
Kaiobondi: I have a suggestion. I’m not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but could you improve the seasonal rewards for Diamond rank? Platinum and Diamond rewards are almost the same.
@Kaiobondi, thanks for your suggestion! To increase reward value, we recommend using card collections that provide a x2 multiplier. One example is the LAST STAND (red) collection.
Additionally, keep an eye on events where rewards can be multiplied up to x5, as collection multipliers stack with event multipliers. For instance, during the March 3-9 event, some clubs maximized their rewards using this strategy. This could be a great way to increase seasonal reward value! 😊
Gandalf: Add a system notification when receiving a response from customer support.

Once again, @Lomax20001, thanks for your question! It’s great timing because we’re planning changes to the item enchanting system. We’re working on an option to exchange green items for red ones and red items for golden ones.
🔹 Rare (green) +16 items will be exchangeable in the Manufacturing module for +0 Epic (red) items of the same type.
🔹 Epic (red) +18 items will be exchangeable in the Manufacturing module for +0 Legendary (golden) items of the same type.

God_vali: Consider making the 100% XP auto-training bonus permanent on the older server.
@God_vali, at the moment, we don’t plan to permanently increase the 100% XP auto-training bonus on the older server. Bonuses like this are available during events and special occasions. Additionally, in the near future, we will introduce an XP bonus for new players to help them get started in the game. 🙂
Quartis99: Please add a limit of three ranked duels per day against the same player.
@quartis99, thanks for the suggestion! We’re planning to introduce a system that will make it less likely for players to face the same opponents in ranked duels repeatedly. We hope this will improve matchmaking variety and enhance the gameplay experience! 😊
Quartis99: Add the option to lock cards from a specific collection.
For example: I have the Matushevky card in two collections. If I set one collection as my favorite, it doesn’t actually lock the card, so I can still use it in the other. What I mean is that when a card is locked, it shouldn't be available for other collections unless I have more copies of it. If I have favorite (locked) collections, when I receive a new card, it should first be added to that collection and made unavailable for others. Currently, marking a collection as a favorite only prevents selling the cards in it.
@quartis99, thanks for the question! If you want to make sure you don’t lose a card, you can secure it separately in the card preview.
🔹 Heart option next to a collection – it allows you to mark favorite collections, preventing accidental sales.
🔹The card security option applies to individual cards – it helps you protect a single card from accidental use or exchange.
We want every player to have full control over their cards and manage their collections with confidence!
Lomax20001: Change the number of matches played in the League/Domestic Cup/European Tournament/Champions Tournament so they don’t all take place on the same day. One team is always at a disadvantage, playing three matches while the other plays only two.

Lomax20001: Create a mini-team market where players from the same club can trade cards among themselves. Golden for golden, red for red.

Dominek: Since new cards are being added, I assume collections will get bigger again, with more golden cards appearing in the better ones, making exchanges even harder. Are you planning to increase the number of cards in packs to, say, 10?
