The World Cup server is approaching its conclusion, so we've prepared a detailed schedule covering character transfers and the server shutdown process.

Please review the key dates below.

📅 JULY 8 (WEDNESDAY)

Transfer to the Legacy Server

Starting on this day, Legacy Transfer Bundles will become available, allowing you to transfer your character to the Legacy server.

Bundle Price:

• 💎 3995 Credits or 💶 9,95 EUR

The bundles will be available exclusively on the World Cup server.

Players who do not purchase a transfer to the Legacy server will be automatically transferred to the Classic server once the World Cup server ends.

🏆 JULY 18 – WORLD CUP GRAND FINAL

Once the Grand Final concludes, we'll begin preparing the server for closure.

OVR Ranking Snapshot

📅 July 20 (Monday)

🕙 07:00–14:00

During this period, we'll take the official OVR ranking snapshot.

This snapshot will serve as the basis for:

• calculating account value,
• awarding ranking prizes,
• preparing Credit reward bundles.

Once the snapshot has been taken, the ranking will be locked and will no longer update.

💎 JULY 21–22

Credit Reward Distribution

Credit rewards will be distributed based on the official OVR ranking snapshot.

As stated in the World Cup rules, the ranking at the time of the snapshot will be the only official basis for distributing Credit rewards for:

• Top 1000 OVR
• Top 10 OVR
• Top 10 Training

Every eligible player will be able to claim the appropriate reward bundle.

The reward bundles will become available on Tuesday morning and can be claimed until the beginning of Wednesday's maintenance break.

REMINDER: CREDIT DISTRIBUTION

10,250,000 CREDITS FOR 1,000 PLAYERS!

The Top 1000 players will receive a guaranteed Credit reward, with the amount determined by their final ranking position.

A total prize pool of 10,250,000 Credits is up for grabs.

INDIVIDUAL REWARDS

Best-Trained Player

Regardless of your national team's performance, you can compete for the title of the best-trained player.

The winner will literally become a millionaire! The #1 ranked player will receive 1,000,000 Credits for their selected character.

Most Powerful World Cup Player

The race for the title of the Most Powerful World Cup Player is a competition of its own.

Here, your national team's performance doesn't matter.

Only your personal progression and dominance over other players counts.

Your final OVR is determined by every aspect of your character's development, including:

• items,
• card slots,
• card levels,
• training,
• item upgrades,
• bonuses and boosts.

Every single aspect of your progression matters.

We've prepared incredible rewards for the Top 10 players with the highest OVR.

Most importantly, these rewards stack.

If you finish #1 in the Training ranking and also become the #1 OVR player, you'll receive all rewards you've earned.

Additional Rewards

We've also prepared exclusive "GOATS" collection cards, reserved for the absolute elite of the server.

Players who finish in the Top 10 Training Ranking will receive not only their Credit rewards, but also a unique edition of the "FOOTBALLTEAM LEGENDS – NATIONAL TEAMS" cards from the MasterClass Collection.

In addition, all Top 10 players will earn a permanent place on the FootballTeam Hall of Fame, ensuring their achievements become part of the game's history.

🔄 OPTIONS AFTER THE WORLD CUP SERVER ENDS

Once the World Cup server comes to an end, every player will be able to choose one of the following options.

✅ OPTION 1 – Keep Your Account

If you want to continue playing on your World Cup account, you don't need to do anything.

Your account, along with all of its contents, will be transferred automatically:

• to the Classic server,
• or to the Legacy server if you previously purchased a Legacy Transfer Bundle.

Everything currently stored on your account will be transferred.

🔄 OPTION 2 – Account Merge (Merge Your World Cup Account into Your Main Account)

If you'd like to merge your World Cup account into your main account, you don't need to take any action before the server closes.

Once all account transfers have been completed and your account has been moved to its destination server, simply contact Support.

Accounts will be merged according to our standard account merge policy, which you can read about in the Account Merge news article.

Please note: both accounts must be located on the same server before they can be merged.

Besides, at least one of your accounts needs a VIP Status 1.

What Will Be Transferred During Account Merge? (After the Transfer to the Target Server)

Your account value will be converted into Credits using the following rate:

1 OVR = 1 Credit

Example: An account worth 5,000 OVR will receive 5,000 Credits.

In addition, the following will also be transferred:

✅ All Credits currently on the account (1:1)

✅ All historical MID and TOP items, including their upgrade level and augmentation progress

✅ All medals

✅ All trophies

✅ Up to 15 cards that are equipped in active card slots at the moment of transfer

No transfer fee applies to account merges. You'll receive 100% of your account value in Credits.

Once the process has been completed, your secondary account will be permanently closed.

🎟️ OPTION 3 – Exchange Your Account for a Credit Code

If you no longer wish to keep your World Cup account and would rather receive its value as a Credit Code, please contact Support:

📅 Tuesday (July 21) or no later than Wednesday (July 22) at 16:00 UTC+1.

Once your request has been successfully verified, your account will be added to the list of accounts eligible for exchange.

Calculating Account Value

Your account value will be calculated using the official OVR snapshot.

Conversion Rate:

1 OVR = 1 Credit

Important Information

• A 20% transfer fee will be deducted from the total amount of Credits, including:
• Credits received from your account's OVR value
• Credits earned from the World Cup ranking rewards
• Credits already available on your account at the time of exchange

The following will not be included in the Credit Code:

• Historical MID and TOP items
• Up to 15 cards equipped in active card slots at the time your request is submitted
• Medals
• Trophies

Additional information:

• The Credit Code will be sent to the email address used to register the account.
• The Credit Code will remain valid for 7 days.
• Only one Credit Code of this type may be redeemed per account.

Eligibility Requirements

To exchange your account for a Credit Code, your account must:

• Be ranked within the Top 1000 OVR players according to the official snapshot.
• Meet all requirements established by the FootballTeam Administration for the exchange process.

📅 JULY 23

In the morning, we'll begin transferring accounts to the Legacy server.

Once all Legacy transfers have been completed, every remaining eligible account will be automatically transferred to the Classic server.

🔒 JULY 24

The World Cup server will be officially shut down.

❓ FAQ – WORLD CUP SERVER TRANSFERS

1. Will I be able to transfer my World Cup account to the Legacy or Classic server?

Yes. When the World Cup server ends, you'll be able to transfer your account to the Classic server automatically or to the Legacy server if you've purchased a Legacy Transfer Bundle.

You'll also have the option to merge your account with another account according to the standard Account Merge rules.

2. If I transfer my account to the Classic server, can I move it to Legacy later?

Yes. We'll provide an option to transfer your account from the Classic server to the Legacy server at a later date.

3. How much does the Legacy server transfer cost?

The transfer costs €9.95 or 3,995 Credits.

4. Can I transfer my historical items from the World Cup server?

Yes. Historical items will be transferred when your account is moved to either the Legacy or Classic server.

If you want these items to end up on your main account, you'll need to use the Account Merge option – you can find more information here.

5. What will be transferred during an Account Merge?

The following will be transferred:

✅ Credits

✅ Historical items, including their upgrade level and augmentation percentage

✅ Up to 15 cards equipped in active card slots at the moment the transfer begins

✅ Trophies and medals (provided they are not duplicates)

The following won’t be transferred:

❌ Energy, Euro, Golden Balls, Keys, Fame Points 

❌ Balls of Success, Balls of Triumph, Crystals of Success 

❌ Hero Stars, Bonuses

❌ Card Packs, Event Packs, Special Packs, Standard Packs 

❌ Progress and enchantment of card slots

All other resources and items from the account. 

6. Are there any email requirements for an Account Merge?

Yes. The accounts involved in the transfer must be registered with different email addresses.

If the destination account is currently using the same email address as the account being transferred, you'll need to change the email address assigned to one of the accounts before the transfer can be completed.
