We often receive questions about the status of Support cases. Due to privacy protection, we cannot share information about other players, but rest assured that every report is thoroughly analyzed, and appropriate actions are taken in accordance with the rules.

FAIR PLAY

FootballTeam is a game built on competitive spirit, but above all, fair play. The regulations clearly outline the rules, and every user agrees to them upon creating an account.

We understand that sometimes situations arise that require intervention. In such cases, we take the necessary actions to maintain fairness and equal opportunities for all players. Each case is reviewed individually, and penalties are applied according to the severity of the violation.

For transparency, we’ve translated a section of the regulations regarding consequences for unfair play:

11.2. Depending on the severity and scope of the rule violation, the following measures may be applied:

⚽ Reduction of player stats (including trained skills and progress in completed tasks).

⚽ Removal of Energy—either partially or completely.

⚽ Removal of virtual currency (partially or completely), including Credits, Euros, Golden Balls, Fame Points, and other resources.

⚽ Removal of virtual items (e.g., equipment, objects, keys, cards, drinks, etc.).

⚽ Reduction or complete removal of club statistics (including building level decreases).

⚽ Reduction or complete reset of the club’s budget (including deletion of club resources and points).

⚽ Club dissolution.

As you can see, these penalties may or may not be applied simultaneously—everything depends on the specific situation. Our goal is not strict punishment, but to ensure fair and enjoyable competition for all players.

We want to emphasize that from now on, we’ll be even more committed to enforcing these rules. Transparency and fair competition are our priorities, and we will closely monitor and respond to any unfair behavior.

What will we focus on?

✅ ✅ Trading Credits and Items – Players involved in transactions that violate the regulations may face market bans, item removals, and negative balance penalties. Importantly, the value of removed items will often be greater than the amount of transferred Credits. In some cases, negative balances may be repaid, but if the balance remains negative for over a week, items of similar value will be removed from the account.

✅ Account Selling & Account Sharing – Accounts that are sold, transferred, or shared will be penalized accordingly. Depending on the situation, this may result in complete removal of items, resources, or even a permanent account ban.

We want every player to have an equal chance and enjoy the game in the spirit of fair play. That’s why rule enforcement will be even stricter and more detailed from now on. Thank you for being part of our community and helping us uphold fair competition!
