FOOTBALL QUIZ
👑 The winners of the last edition are: (Legacy)
100 Keys 🔑 Premium - TaMaGo4u
10,000 ⚡ Energy - Kami & VIKTOR84
Hello! I'm here with another part of the football quiz series. Of course, there are prizes in the form of 100 Keys 🔑 Premium for the first person to answer correctly and 10,000 ⚡ Energy for two random people with the correct answer. Let's start!
1/ Name and surname of the footballer.
He was born on June 3, 1985 in Czechowice-Dziedzice. He took his first steps on the football path in the local club LKS Goczałkowice-Zdrój. His talent was quickly noticed by scouts, which resulted in a transfer to Hertha BSC, and then a loan to Zagłębie Lubin. In the colors of this club, he celebrated his first serious successes, including the Polish championship in the 2006/2007 season. Even then, he stood out as a player with huge potential, which attracted the attention of foreign clubs.
Initially, he played as a striker, but over time he was reclassified as a right defender. This move turned out to be crucial for his further career. After several years of solid performance at Hertha, he signed for Borussia Dortmund in 2010. It was a breakthrough moment that made him one of the best Polish defenders in the world.
During his decade at Dortmund, he won two German championships (2010/2011, 2011/2012), three German Cups and reached the UEFA Champions League final in 2013. His partnership with Jakub Błaszczykowski and Robert Lewandowski at Borussia was crucial to the success of the team managed by Jürgen Klopp. He became known as an extremely versatile player, combining defensive solidity with offensive runs and precise crosses.
He also played a significant role on the international stage. He made his debut for the Polish national team in 2007 and became its main player for over a decade. He took part in three European Championship tournaments (2008, 2012, 2016) and the 2018 World Cup. After the World Cup in Russia, he ended his international career, leaving behind a legacy of over 60 matches played and 3 goals scored.
After ending his professional career at Borussia Dortmund in 2021, he returned to his parent club LKS Goczałkowice-Zdrój. His return was not only a nod to his hometown, but also a commitment to the development of young talents. He opened a football school, where he shares his experience and inspires the next generations of players. He is currently also an assistant coach at BVB.
2/ Manager name.
The career of one of the most decorated coaches in modern football is full of exceptional achievements. As a player, he was an icon of his generation, winning prestigious trophies at both club and national team level. His technique, vision and ability to control the tempo of the match were considered exemplary. After retiring from playing, he quickly turned to coaching, where he quickly achieved success.
His first steps in the coaching world were with the youth teams and reserve team of one of the most successful clubs in Europe. Thanks to his charisma and excellent understanding of the game, he earned the opportunity to lead the first team. In his first season at the highest level, he proved that he could effectively manage a star-studded squad, balancing attack and defence.
Under his leadership, the team dominated European competitions, winning the most important club trophy in Europe three times in a row. This achievement, previously unattainable in the modern era of football, made him one of the most respected coaches in the world. His ability to make decisions under pressure and his ability to motivate the team in the most important moments of the match became his trademarks.
Moreover, he is one of the few coaches who have enjoyed success as both a player and a coach. In his career, he managed the most talented players, but also developed young players, giving them a chance to make it in the first team. He repeatedly stressed the importance of teamwork and team spirit, which allowed him to establish an excellent relationship with the players. His story is proof that true talent and passion can bring success both on the pitch and in the coaching bench. Thanks to his achievements and philosophy of play, he will forever be remembered in the history of football.

F2P IN PLAYER’S EYES
In today's issue of the magazine, I decided to invite one of those players who have always valued building their in-game character using the market, observation and often hard work, instead of taking the simplest route of shopping in the store. Many players play FootballTeam in the so-called "Free to play" module, but few of them can say that thanks to this they have achieved really great success in the game. However, such a player is Refus, currently probably the best account on the Legacy server built without investing real money. How does he do it, is it easy?
Is it still possible to build a solid player in our favorite browser game by playing F2P, based only on the market?
I think so, but it is not easy and certainly not for everyone. First of all, you need to spend a little more time on the game, be able to count efficiently and have the extremely valuable ability not to use Credits on stupid things, the latter probably disqualifies most players"
So how did Refus manage to achieve this from the launch of the EU server until today?
When I started my adventure 2 years ago on the EU server, I quickly realized that you can earn Credits in a simple way, Premium Keys in the store were very cheap, items expensive, and the demand for them was high. On a simple, although very boring to implement scheme, buy a key - open a package - sell the item after a while, when I already had a large budget, I was able to earn around 40-50k Credits in 3 days.
Collecting fragments was also very profitable, sometimes buying around 5 to later sell for 20-40. There were not as many shopping options on the market as there are now, but often the available ones brought large profits. Nowadays, items that players need on a daily basis are usually cheap and it is hard to imagine their value increasing by several hundred percent, so we can only dream of such rates of return"
In connection with the current market that we have on the Legacy server, how can we still play at a good level without spending money from our own wallet?
If we want to try our hand at the market, the most important thing we have to do at the start is to save a large amount of Credits, even at the cost of slowing down the development of our player.
Later, it is only a matter of buying the right things and taking advantage of opportunities that appear in the game, both the obvious ones (cheap packs in the store) and those whose profitability you often have to calculate. In the currently ending winter event, for me such an opportunity was the collection of items, I listed over 1000 of them. According to my estimates, for 3.5 million Energy and 300k Golden Balls I paid about 8k Credits, missing the main prize"
So, where to save this large amount of Credits at the start, when we are just starting to build our character?
If we are at the very beginning of our journey, it is worth buying cheap things that can be sold relatively quickly, such as boosters, fragments or some gray and blue items, of course, everything supported by observing prices on the market - we need to know what is worth buying for how much. At a later stage, we can afford to buy things that we will be able to keep for a longer time, but as I mentioned earlier, it is always worth leaving a certain amount of Credits to take advantage of opportunities that arise in the game.
With proper analysis, about 90% of purchases should be successful. In FootballTeam, everything likes to change quickly, so we cannot avoid failures. I recently bought Gold Card Packs for around 120, today they are worth 80 and I expect that the price may not increase or it will happen in a few months. I managed to sell Pennywise Drinks III only a year after the purchase, but it is not a problem for me, because it is only a small part of all purchases. For this reason, I do not recommend putting all Credits into one type of item.
What else is worth doing to find the right source of investment and not expose yourself to losses?
It is also important to be able to predict, especially at the start of the event, how the changes introduced will affect the prices of things available on the market and possibly buy them at a promotional price. This is what I usually try to assess when the news about the event comes out, when everyone else is buying packs or taking advantage of the introduced promotions. For example, in the December Q&A, 32 new special collections were announced to be added in Q1 2025. I think the first thing I will do after their introduction is to check whether the things needed for these collections available on the market are not too cheap.
When should I start investing in myself, and not just the market looking for profits?
It's up to you, but as soon as I collect 100k Credits, I put some of it into development, and with the rest I try to earn something. I mainly wanted to create something that, let's say, loads 50k Creed into a character in 2 weeks and in that time I have a return on it from the market.
Is it definitely worth playing in the best possible club, and preferably one from the very top of the game?
Of course it is. If I played in a weaker club, I might have a few more Credits, but definitely less OVR. Here I always have collections started, prizes for TM or the league, the possibility of drawing a T-shirt, or many more won card duels, because I don't get my own.
Finally, do you want to add something from yourself?

LOWER LEAGUE PLAYERS AND THEIR POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
Dear Readers!
This is Andrzejek, and in today's article we will focus on a topic that is often overlooked by Us editors, but is crucial for the development of every team - "weaker" players. Although initially they may not make as much of an impression as the team's stars, they are the key to creating a cohesive team and joint training, e.g. during the FootballTeam Games. Very often, many of them have enormous potential, which with the right help from the board and the right amount of time devoted to it can translate into the dynamic development of the player himself and the entire team. We invite you to read! Let's get to work!
At the outset, I would like to point out that in today's article I will not rely on specific examples of players and teams due to the fact that I do not want anyone to feel offended or negatively affected in any way by my article.
Does a theoretically weaker player have it easier in a stronger team?
In theory, a player who is weaker than the rest of the players may have a better chance of developing faster in a team with players at a higher level, but only if he is properly supported - by which I mean he knows exactly what to train, how to train, what drinks to use and how to sell on the market in order to extract the most Credits or other resources. This is because the top teams very often have players with a FootballTeam background and know the game like the back of their hand.
Are players with a lower player level significant to the overall game?
Players with a lower overall level in FootballTeam may seem less significant at first glance, but is that really the case? In reality, such players have their place and certainly play an important role in the game at every level.
It is worth noting that although their statistics may often not match those of players at a higher level, it is worth remembering that not every player will have a lot of goals, assists or countless interventions on their account, but they will certainly be a player necessary for the proper functioning of the entire team.
Of course, a well-chosen tactic and formation, the involvement of the board in the life of the team and the development of all players are very important, but it is these "weaker" ones who are the key and valuable elements of the team.
Lower-level players often play the role of support and complement the staff of a given team, but without them it would be very difficult to introduce changes and various tactical elements so that the board could implement its plan for the team.
Does being a less experienced player close the door to playing at the highest level in FootballTeam?
Remember, dear Player, that being a less experienced and weaker player does not close your chances of transferring to a better team or playing for the highest goals in future seasons. In FootballTeam, commitment to the development of your player is key, and regular training and gaining experience among teammates are very important aspects.
Also remember about the possibility of completing tasks and using the many bonuses that training gives you. Use drinks to become a better player. With strong and conscientious training of your player and climbing up the general table of all players, you have a good chance that a given team, for example from the first or Super League, will write to you, because they will be looking for players with potential.
In FootballTeam, the most important thing is training, training and more training, and the rest will come by itself, often at the least expected moment. That's all for today!

BORAT OBSERVES THE SCHOOL! PART 2
Good day, esteemed readers of the sports magazine!
About a year ago, on the Russian-speaking server (now merged with the Polish one), I wrote an article about the top 100 players from the perspective of which clubs trained them, in order to understand which football school produced the most top players. Considering the changed realities, namely the merger, I decided to update that information and see how things stand now.
To start, for those who read the previous article, I will remind you, and for those who haven’t read it, I will describe the process and nuances for the first time. I examined the top 100 players and their movements between clubs. Only clubs where players spent a significant amount of time were taken into account. The first club in which a player spent 5-6 months will be considered as the club that trained the player. It’s clear that they could have developed (in terms of OVR) at another club, but we aim for realism, and in real life, it often happens that trainees become stars at other clubs.
For interest, I will examine players in four stages and then provide a summary of the results. Last time, the final outcome produced a somewhat unexpected leader. After we obtain the final results, we will try to compare them with the previous ones and find out if last year’s leader managed to retain their position.
So, let’s get started.
In the development of 25 players ranked from 100th to 75th, the greatest contributions were made by clubs such as:
Newcastle United and LaFamilia (now renamed Redemption) - 3 players
LIONHEART and Radioactive Squad (now renamed to Boston Hawks) - with 2 players.
25 players belong to 19 clubs.
In the education of 25 players from 75th to 50th place, the greatest contribution was made by such clubs as:
Кремень and the previously mentioned Radioactive Squad - with 2 players each
In this segment, we see a wide variety of teams, totaling 23, and we also see a formed leader in the form of Radioactive Squad. Let's see if they can maintain their leadership or if another club will take on this role.
In the development of 25 players ranked from 50th to 25th, the greatest contributions were made by clubs such as:
Elite Hunters (now renamed Golden State), The Kings and Кремень - 2 players each
During this period, there were already 22 different clubs for 25 players.азных клуба. We also note the second appearance of Кремня, who is also currently a contender for the final first place.
In developing the 25 players from 25th to 1st place, the following clubs made the greatest contribution:
pppppp (now renamed Juventus) and already well known to us Radioactive Squad - 2 players each.
This group also required 23 teams.
Well, do you have an idea who is ahead of the rest? As Andrey Arshavin said: Your expectations are your problems. Let's see if your expectations match your "problems".
So let's move on to the most delicious part - the overall result for all 100 players, but to keep the intrigue, let's go in reverse order and find out the leader at the very end.
3 players - Newcastle United, LIONHEART, pppppp, WIZARD
This also includes Wyspa Klatki Schodowej, who also have 3 players in the top 100, but there is a nuance... Two players are from the Wyspa Russian-language server, and one is from the Wyspa Polish server.
4 players - Кремень
5 players - LaFamilia
And the main supplier of players in the top 100 became - Radioactive Squad with 6 pupils! Unfortunately, the talent forge is now closed, so no new supplies of stars are expected.
In total, 69 different teams were required for 100 players.
Now let's remember who was the leader in the vastness of the Russian-language server. With a result of 6 players, the team became the winner Новиград, which on the united server is represented by only one pupil.
While preparing this article, I even felt a bit nostalgic, recalling the teams that appeared in the player lists, such as Арсенал\Локомотив\Северный флот, Фк молодежь, Работнички, Космос\Метеор, and many other clubs that once held significance or stood out in some way. Now, either I lack the time to explore other leagues, or the teams lack charisma and individuality to stand out.
That's all for today; I hope you found the article interesting

MINI BUSINESS PLAN FOR BAYERN MUNCHEN
Hello everyone. In January, the transfer window opened, and some clubs might be strengthening their squads or selling players. Therefore, in the upcoming articles, I will discuss possible business plans for several clubs. Specifically, I'll cover who should be kept in the squad, who should be sold or loaned out, and who should be bought.
Let's start with Bayern Munchen.
source: m.sports.ru
Players to Keep:
1/ Neuer. He is still the best goalkeeper on the team and should be kept until the end of his career.
2/ Ulreich. This player is necessary for the bench.
3/ Upamecano/Kimmich. They form the main and most quality pair of central defenders.
4/ Dajer/Ito. These players joined the club in the summer and are essential for rotation.
5/ Guerrero. A versatile player capable of playing on the wing and in midfield.
6/ Boe. Should be kept as a rotational player.
7/ Pavlovic. A promising and one of the most gifted players in Bayern.
8/ Kimmich. He is the team leader and a key player in midfield, important for ball control and progression.
9/ Palinha. This player was only recently signed.
10/ Leimer. A versatile player who can play in the center and on the wing.
11/ Musiala. He is the main asset and a leader of the generation in Germany.
12/ Tel. A promising versatile player, useful when coming off the bench.
13/ Müller. An experienced player who will decide when to leave, always useful everywhere.
14/ Kane. The best among all current forwards.
15/ Olise. He was just signed, but he is already very useful and makes a strong impression.
To loan out:
1/ Saragosa. On loan for €250,000.
2/ Kretzig. On loan for €500,000.
3/ Wanner/Zib/Zvonarek/Adu/Krattenmacher. All are currently on loan.
4/ Buchmann. Better to send on loan to gain playing time, as he will only be the 5th choice for Kompany.
5/ Vidovic. On loan for €500,000.
6/ Stanischich. After recovering for over 3 months from an injury, he now needs to find a club for playing time.
Sell:
1/ Peretz. The player is unimpressive and shows no progress, instilling distrust and uncertainty in the defensive line. Sell for the same 5 million as we bought him for.
2/ Goretzka. The player clearly does not have much trust from Kompany (started only 3 times), and frankly, he has been playing worse. Better to sell while it’s not too late. Aim for around 30 million.
3/ Davies. The player has tired everyone with his contract saga and is clearly looking for a better deal, so it’s better to sell for 35 million and find a promising replacement.
4/ Gnabry. A great player but unstable due to injuries, valued at 35-40 million.
5/ Sané. He does not impress even under Kompany; players like Olyese or even Coman look much more interesting. With a contract until summer, it’s worth trying to sell for around 40 million if possible.
Total: 5 + 30 + 35 + 35 + 40 = 145 million.
Buy:
1/ Right-def. Probably the most problematic area. Kimmich has been moved to the center, Stanisic is injured, and Boë is also frequently injured, with Laimer covering the position. Stanisic should be sent out on loan, Boë used as a rotation player, and a quality specialist player should be signed for the position.
2/ Goalkeeper. It’s time to look for a replacement for Neuer; this season might be his last. One of the key tasks is to sign a young, promising goalkeeper with good footwork.
3/ Forward. A replacement for Kane could be sought, but this is not a priority since there are Tel and Müller.
4/ Left winger. Since it’s necessary to sell Sané and Gnabry, the winger position will need strengthening, considering that only Olise and the injury-prone Coman will remain.
5/ Left-def. If Davies is sold (he should be sold to avoid letting him go for free), the position needs strengthening, as only Guerreiro will remain.
6/ Central midfielder. There are few players in the center, and if Goretzka leaves, at least one reinforcement will be needed.
