Welcome to the August Q&A!
In this series, we discuss planned and implemented changes. You’ll find answers to the questions asked on FootballTeam’s Discord server and in the comments section under the news posts. If you're interested in the further development of FOOTBALLTEAM, we encourage you to read on.
Since the last Q&A, we have completed 9 major tasks and around 30 smaller fixes and updates to the game code. Additionally, we have prepared for the second phase of the server merger.
The first two weeks of this period were dedicated to these tasks, while the second half of the month was focused on preparing for the BIG UPDATE, which includes a new card module and several smaller modules. All of this is scheduled for release in September.
Below is a list of the completed tasks and the ideas that are being considered for implementation.

💎 NEW: Account Transfer Module: A new feature to allow the transfer of individual accounts between servers is being developed.
💎 NEW: Platinum Card Creation: Players can now create Platinum cards by combining two level 5 cards of the same type. This feature is exclusive to legendary cards.
💎 NEW: Stance Feature: This new feature allows players to temporarily boost a character during a match, likely for 5 ticks. It’s designed to promote in-game activity. Players can activate this option up to three times per match: the first activation is free, while the next two cost 0.5% of Chemistry + Energy per click.
💎 NEW: Augmentation Rebalancing: We’re rebalancing the augmentation system, as the current bonuses feel disproportionate compared to enchanting. Items are currently too weak relative to training and card slot bonuses. The updated module will expand the maximum augmentation bonus to 1000% (10x), compared to the current item enchantment cap of nearly 15x from the base.
💎 NEW: Manufacture Expansion: Crafting items in the Manufacture will now require a corresponding level of club building expansion.
💎 NEW: Club Manufacture: A new building feature has been introduced, allowing clubs to craft and enchant items (Balls, Wristbands, Jerseys, etc.). This building will generate EURO for each club member, in addition to their salary/contract, whenever someone outside the club uses the Manufacture.
💎 NEW: Tactics Change Mechanic: Changing tactics during a match will no longer reduce the team's power. You’ll have 6 free tactic changes per match. Any additional changes will deduct chemistry from all players involved, but this penalty will only apply after the match ends. This adjustment aims to prevent deliberate weakening of the club during matches and to encourage more strategic use of tactics.
💎 NEW: Bottle Buyback Module: We are considering introducing a module that would allow players to exchange excess drinks for useful resources, helping to reduce unnecessary items.
💎 NEW: Player Strength Rebalancing: We’re planning to rebalance player strength relative to their assigned positions to discourage the intentional placement of players in incorrect positions. Additionally, we’ve increased the strength of rotations between defenders and defensive midfielders, as well as between forwards and offensive midfielders.
💎 Team Invitations – Adding the ability to send team invitations.
💎 Adding information on the dashboard about the number of basic trainings and Training Centre sessions completed, making it easier to complete daily challenges.
💎 Adding a training counter in Team Training.
💎 Adding an active bonus counter in Team Training, which depends on the number of players participating in the training.
💎 Team Training will regenerate between 25 to 1200 Energy depending on the building level. The Energy reward will be doubled when using the “Trainings Amount 2x” option.
💎 Doubling the power of Team Training. At the maximum level, it will be 40 + 350 (previously it was 40 + 175). The 120% bonus (for the presence of 20 players), the 150% bonus (Team Cooperation Drink) and the 2x multiplier will remain unchanged and will multiply the training base as before.
💎 Adding a button that allows you to skip a turn without casting a card.
💎 Declaring an official “beef” with other team. This allows us to enable engagement to the maximum level in any match against that team without losing health. Moreover, a new bonus of 20% to trained PTS during a match with the conflicted team will be introduced.
💎 Introduction of pop-up polls available in the game.
💎 Ability to unlock a maximum of two card slots during one season.
💎 Card sounding. Each card will be assigned a unique soundtrack – 1292 recorded sounds.
💎 Sounding of the card game module.
💎 New sound design in various game modules (Work, Cafeteria, Daily Challenges, Seasonal Challenges, etc. – about 1500 recorded sounds).
💎 Possibility to enchant card slots.
💎 New landing page (game homepage).
💎 Cards from the EU server – new cards and collections and expansion of current collections.
💎 Two new slots will be added due to the expansion of the current ones and the appearance of new collections.
💎 Implementation of Phase II of the Club extension – Adding the CLUB SPA building.

💎 Training – The Training Bonus will be calculated for the current day.
1) Adding a system of polls displayed in-game (instead of in news or Discord).
2) Adding a rating system in support tickets. You will be able to rate the conversation, along with the option to leave a comment.
💎 Subscription Upgrade to Season Pass: Some rewards will be available immediately, while others can be claimed progressively through the calendar as you complete challenges.
💎 Increased Energy Rewards for Special Collections: The energy rewards for Special Collections will be significantly increased. For example:
🔸 We Love United Collection: from 27,500 to 125,000 Energy
🔸 Hala Madrid Collection: from 40,000 to 200,000 Energy
🔸 Hala Madrid (Epic) Collection: from 5,000 to 75,000 Energy
🔸 We Love United Collection (Epic): from 7,500 to 50,000 Energy
💎 New event option regarding Card Duels - Jail System: At the start of a match, a certain number of cards will be placed in "jail," making them unusable during the duel. The choice of these cards is random, therefore doesn’t depend on the card tier or OVR.
💎 New event option regarding Card Duels - Fast Hands: Duels will now have a shortened turn time, reducing each turn to X seconds.
💎 Training Session Overview: A new feature allows you to preview the number of completed training sessions, from today and yesterday, for all players on your team.
💎 Improved Ranked Card Duel Regeneration: The daily limit for ranked card duels will now regenerate more efficiently.
💎 Match Chat Notifications: Incoming match chat messages will now be displayed directly within the match interface.
💎 Full Turkish Translation: The game is now fully translated into Turkish.
💎 Game Code Improvements: Major and minor fixes have been implemented to enhance the game's code stability.
💎 Game Optimization: Additional fixes have been made to optimize the game's performance.
💎 Home: Added interactive elements to the upcoming match information frame, allowing users to directly access the match view.
💎 Collections: Enhanced the resource refresh process after exchanging collections.
💎 Tutorial: Standardized the logic for events in the final stages of the tutorial.
💎 Enchanting: Made minor visual improvements.
💎 Cards: Fixed an issue where cards wouldn't update after enchanting in both list and tile views.
💎 Calendar: Improved addition of Cafeterias today, for completing a challenge on an earlier day.
💎 Character: Expanded rule violation restrictions to include blocking the owner or assistant status.
🔶 Introduction of a team board: Only team members will be able to read a message from the owner or assistant. We reject this idea because club messages can already be sent, and there is already a club chat. We are not sure if a third channel of communication is needed in the club.
🔶 Drinks and their shelf life (30 days): Due to your feedback, this change is abandoned. We are considering a “bottle buy-back” module to reduce unnecessary drinks in exchange for useful resources.
🤔Кот Баюн RU: Why not ban playing out of position? For example, CF should only play CF and CAM, CAM => CF and CM, CM => CAM and CDM, and so on.
We’re currently exploring various solutions to address this issue. However, we don’t want to penalize honest players by restricting position changes just because some players misuse this option.
🤔Kropka: How should I collect Credits if I want to create a better set but need to spend on Boosters?
There are several ways to earn Credits. One effective method is trading on the market. Many players have accumulated large amounts of Credits through in-game activities without spending real money. Connecting with other players, such as through Discord, might be helpful to learn more strategies.
🤔 God Vali: Do the percentages remain the same after changing levels in production, or are they new and random?
The skills remain the same. However, the percentages increase as follows (Undershirt):
🤔 God Vali: Is it possible to add the option of selling cards on the market to other players?
At this time, we do not plan to introduce the option to sell cards on the market to other players.
🤔 Kasparitto: I tried to create a green ball with a green % chance of success, but it failed. Why is there no information that it can fail with a green % chance, and what is the actual % chance to create such an item?
Thank you for your question. We understand that the lack of clear information about the possibility of failure, even with a green % chance, can be confusing. We will address this issue and provide clearer details in the near future.
🤔Lincoln – Scott Summers: OPEN SERVERS – Creation of new servers and the ability to move players between servers once a season, for a certain fee, using real money or credits.
Thank you for your suggestion. It’s a great idea, and we will consider adding this option in the near future.
🤔Lincoln – Scott Summers: BOTS IN LEAGUES – Introducing teams with BOT players in leagues that do not complete their teams. BOT teams would have an average OVR compared to league teams. HIRING BOTS – Allowing teams to hire BOT players for a fee per season.
Thank you for your suggestions. We will look into the possibility of implementing BOT teams in leagues and the option to hire BOT players, and we’ll provide updates as we progress with these ideas. An interesting idea would be an AI robot player with special passive skills. This AI would receive a pool of Energy based on the league, participate in daily team training, etc.
🤔 God_vali: Since goalkeepers can't receive yellow/red cards, score goals, assist, or commit fouls, I propose new tasks for goalkeepers, such as "Record a Clean Sheet" or "Score 3 Goals in 1 Match."
Thank you for your question. We will consider adding dedicated tasks for goalkeepers, like the ones you mentioned.
🤔 Lincoln – Scott Summers: How about introducing a "Man of the Match" system that grants an additional 10% skill bonus for the next match? This would require a player rating system similar to real matches, but I think it's manageable.
That’s an interesting idea. We will explore how to incorporate it into the game.
🤔Lincoln – Scott Summers: When will the new cards be available?
The new cards are scheduled to be introduced in September.
🤔 Jestemurban: When will you introduce notifications for technical interruptions?
Since the last server merge, we have begun informing players about planned technical breaks. However, some interruptions are due to unforeseen events. We will continue to provide notifications for all planned technical breaks whenever possible.
🤔 Andrzejek z Łodzi: Will the option to disable notifications ever be added?
Currently, we do not have plans to introduce an option to disable notifications.
🤔 Imbecyl Wrócił: I suggest increasing the limit of substitutions in a match. It is currently set to 3, which was the rule before the Pandemic. The limit was later increased to 5 in real football.
We are reviewing the limit on substitutions in matches. Any updates or changes will be communicated in the next QA session.
