1/ Name and surname of the player:

Born on September 25, 1913 in Vienna, died on December 12, 2001 in Prague, he was an Austrian-Czech footballer who played as a striker. He was a representative of both Austria and Czechoslovakia, as well as a football coach. He began his football career in 1931 at the Rapid Vienna club. He quickly became one of the best scorers in Europe, scoring 805 goals in 530 official matches (according to FIFA). The Czech FA's version states that he scored 821 goals in official matches. Throughout his career, he scored over 1,813 goals in 1,089 matches (including friendlies). A biographical book popularized the idea that he scored over 5,000 goals throughout his career.

He won numerous titles, including three Austrian championships (1 with Rapid Vienna and 2 with Admira Vienna) and two Czechoslovakian championships with Slavia Prague. He was also a member of the Slavia Prague team that won the Mitropa Cup in 1938. He is considered one of the best scorers in football history. His goalscoring records are impressive and his playing style was extremely impressive. He was known for his speed, agility and ability to shoot with both feet.

He was also a great tactician and was able to use every opportunity to score a goal. He died in Prague in 2001 at the age of 88 and was buried in the Vyšehrad Cemetery. His death was a great loss to the world of football. He will be remembered as one of the best strikers of the 20th century.

2/ Name of the manager:

Born on November 29, 1977 in Amersham, England, he is a well-known and respected football coach. He began his career as a player, playing as a defender for clubs such as Bournemouth, Portsmouth and Swindon Town. After ending his football career, he quickly found his place in the role of a coach. He took his first steps in the coaching world at Bournemouth, where he was a manager from 2008 to 2011.

In 2011, he signed a contract with Burnley, but in 2012 he moved back to A.F.C. Bournemouth, where he spent eight years (2012-2020), leading the club to the Premier League in 2015. At Bournemouth, he gained recognition for his style of play, based on attacking football and skillful team management. In 2021, he took over as manager of Newcastle United, a club with a rich history, but then going through a difficult period. He quickly managed to build a strong and cohesive team, which began to achieve success under his leadership. In 2023, Newcastle United finished fourth in the Premier League, which secured the club's participation in the Champions League.

The coach is known for his offensive style of play, which is based on quick transitions to the attack and creative use of the ball. He focuses on young and talented players, whom he develops and teaches to play in the team. His coaching philosophy is based on discipline, hard work and building a strong team spirit. He is a talented and ambitious coach who has managed to achieve success at various clubs. His style of play and coaching philosophy have gained recognition in the world of football. He is one of the most promising young coaches who will certainly play an important role in the future of English football.

DESCRIPTION OF THE MATCH MAZOVIA MADY - AK ELITE TEAM

The duel at (almost) the top took place on Thursday afternoon, October 24. In the Polish 1st league, the vice-leader Mazovia Mady hosted the third-placed AK Elite Team. The winner of this match could have won the season with this clash - the hosts would have jumped 5 points behind their rivals, while the guests could have jumped to second place in the table.

The match undoubtedly was at high stake, because almost everyone showed up to activate their engagement to the fullest and support their team in the fight for victory. The favourite - a slight one, but still - was Mazovia. They were higher in the table, they had slightly better players and they played on their own virtual pitch.

However, the first offensive action was constructed by the guests. Mazovia started the match badly from the center of the pitch, Sppedy took over the ball and played a two-play action with PepeGrb, but in the final phase of the action he made a technical error, which Deckard Shaw took advantage of and made an intervention in his own penalty area.

Mazovia shook off this sluggish start and responded with their own attack. The elaborately prepared action was first stopped by Kolma, who got ahead of Lucky Strike and kicked the ball out for a corner kick. However, the guests could breathe a sigh of relief after completing this set piece, because Nejmaro hit a bicycle kick and only Galu's skills prevented AK Elite Team from conceding a goal.

Sppedy caused a lot of problems with his mobility. He kept harassing Mazovia defenders, but Deckard Shaw dealt with the AK Elite Team midfielder. However, in the 17th minute, the home defender did not show off. He brutally fouled Sppedy, but the foul took place in the penalty area and the referee whistled a penalty. Michał Michalski1922 approached him and made no mistake from eleven metres. The scoreboard read 0:1! An AK Elite Team player left the pitch with an injury, but it was Mazovia that looked as if they had been given a strong gong. They did not have time to recover from the goal conceded, and the guests were already leading 2:0 – Michał Michalski1922 was once again on the scoresheet.

Mazovia had a lot of problems even breaking through the midfield. AK Elite Team midfielder kolmapushi reigned supreme there. He assisted in the second goal, did his best in receiving the ball, took part in the play, and played with fancy passes to the delight of the audience. Mazovia had to count on their defenders not to concede any more goals. This was achieved thanks to the interventions of Grzegorz Brzęczek and Korben Dallas. The score did not change until the end of the first half.

The beginning of the second half did not show that Mazovia wanted to fight for the victory. Korben Dallas and Grzegorz Brzeczek had to intervene again. When they failed to do so, Michał Michalski1922 once again got into scoring position, but this time his shot was off target.

The match became very chaotic. Players from neither team were able to gain an advantage over their rivals. Kolmapushi, who stood out in the first half, made mistakes more often than not. In the last parts of the game, Kolma worked hard in defence, stopping Mazovia's attacks and clearing his own penalty area.

Things could have gotten interesting in added time, when Nejmaro fired a shot after a pass from Bzykacz69, but Galu was on guard and prevented the conceding of a goal. The match ultimately ended with a score of 2:0 for AK Elite Team, which brought them closer to winning 2nd place in the league. The players of Mazovia Mady can be ashamed of themselves for making a mess in the most important match of the season.

Kolmapushi worked hard to be named player of the match, but he dropped his game significantly in the second half. Kolma was very active for 20 minutes, but it's hard to say that this time was decisive in the match. Galu did his part, but I'll bet on the scorer of both goals - Michał Michalski1922. First, he converted a penalty, and a moment later he increased the score, which in effect allowed him to reach for 3 points and jump Mazovia over in the table.

INTERVIEW WITH KIERO DS (PART I)

I am very glad that we managed to conduct this interview, because today's interviewee is a truly experienced player and an eloquent guy. I invite you to an interview with Kiero DS! The interview will be divided into two parts due to its length, and I suspect that if we talked more, there would be enough material for another season of Football Team.

PanEgo: In Football Team, you have one of the richest careers and a beautiful record in the game. How has the game changed since season 3, when you debuted?

Kiero DS: Hi, I think that a separate article could be written about the changes over the years, but let's think... A lot of development opportunities have certainly changed. I know from myself how well I can train my character in a good event (even 500+ OVR). There are various items that give a huge boost, and we started with basic items. As you can see from my account, I have the best possible historical set and additional items such as a T-shirt, headband, ball, shin guards, these are the items that diversify this game. Augmentation or the introduction of card slots is also a big change that we could have dreamed of some time ago.

PanEgo: You have been to a dozen or so clubs. If you had to name 3 that you remember the most fondly, which teams would they be? Why these ones?

Kiero DS: Definitely Dream State. We still have contact and great relationships with the guys. A beautiful period in life, playing with people like Duma, Bestia, Matt, Adi, Bartek is pure pleasure. We often spent long evenings talking and laughing, which were endless. Dream State is more to me than the club I had the pleasure of playing in for so long. I can safely say that this is my football family. I will never forget the moments I spent in DS or CC with the guys. Who knows, maybe our paths will cross again someday :). The second team I can mention is my current team - Wizard. Great people, great atmosphere and I can honestly say that I feel great in such a team. I hope that together with the guys we will be able to fight for the highest positions in SL.

PanEgo: Over the years you have made a lot of acquaintances. Can you also say that you are friends?

Kiero DS: Yes, I think I can safely say that. Duma, Bestia, Matt, Adi, Bartek, Juan are people I could always count on, who could change my mood in a second. I am really glad that I had the pleasure of meeting people like them.

PanEgo: Where did your nickname come from? Kieras from the manager?

Kiero DS: My nickname came from my private life. On a daily basis, I manage a football club, where I hold many positions. My club mates and players often called me Kiero or Kieras, as the club manager, and somehow it stuck. In the world of football, it is a popular nickname, each team has its manager :).

PanEgo: You also worked in Dream State, one of the best clubs in FootballTeam. You certainly have a lot of experience. Do you have any universal advice for managers?

Kiero DS: You don't reveal the secrets of success, although I have some advice for all people who want to achieve success. The key to success is a group of people who will have common goals, assumptions and will get along in every detail. Wise management of the club's resources or appropriate selection of tactics will definitely help in this.

PanEgo: When I wrote to you, you were the TOP 5 defenders on the server. How much did it cost you? And was it harder to climb so high, or is it harder to stay at the top?

Kiero DS: Yes, I myself think that I have one of the best defenders on L1. Certainly, when it comes to money, I put some into it, although it's nothing compared to how much effort had to be put in. Supervising training, completing tasks, good calculation, sitting on the market, checking news, supervising matches, looking for opportunities to develop not only by topping up from my private wallet. I drew a lot of conclusions from my mistakes, which I then tried not to make. In my opinion, it's much harder to stay on top than to gradually strive for it. More and more expensive training, more and more expensive character maintenance and astronomical amounts for improving or buying top items.

NEW SPORTS MAGAZINE FORMAT

Hello dear readers of the sports magazine. Since this issue will be available on all servers, let me introduce myself. My name is Daddy Don. I am the founder and one of the players of the Fc Bars football club. For about a year and a half I have been working as an in-game journalist, writing articles on various topics. I started with training articles for newcomers, gradually moving on to stories about clubs in the Football Team game, and then I started reporting on all the interesting events I had the opportunity to come across. I am a friendly, open and positive person. I try not to give up and always move forward. Let me tell you about the changes that await us in the magazine.

The era of the old sports magazine format is coming to an end. From this issue on, the magazine will contain no more than six articles from journalists from all servers. Yes, you read that right - now every article that makes it to the top 6 will be published and translated into five languages. This means that from about 20 journalists who sent their works, those that the administration considers the most interesting will be selected. Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to delight, surprise or sadden you with my works in every issue. However, it is comforting that regardless of whether the article is published, the journalists will receive a salary. This is a brutal reality, but for readers it has its advantages. 

The materials will be subject to serious competition and only the best works of journalists will be published. Journalists whose works are published can count on an additional bonus. On the one hand, it is motivating, but on the other hand, it is difficult to hide a certain sadness. 

The articles will be selected according to the following key. The material must be related to the theme of our beloved game that we all play - Football Team, and to football. One of the articles will be related to a football competition. Surely many of you have left comments in the sports magazine, responding to journalistic competitions. This tradition will continue and you will still have a chance to win modest prizes. The second article will contain an interview – it can be an interview with the game administration, players or winners of various tournaments. The third article will be devoted to sports. The journalist can tell interesting stories from the world of real football, comment on ongoing football tournaments or present the biography of a famous player. There are many possibilities. The remaining three articles will be devoted to the Football Team game, with priority given to one journalist from each server. As you can see, the number of articles, as well as the journalists themselves, will be significantly reduced.

In this issue, I would like to tell you about the journalists from the former Eu West server who write interesting articles for the Russian-speaking community. From now on, they will provide interesting materials to the entire community of the Football Team game, of course, if their works pass the selection for the sports magazine.

Кот Баюнis one of the best journalists of the sports magazine for me. He can be safely called a veteran of our game, who has done a great deal of work to develop the project that we all play. At one time, with his participation, a detailed analyzer and engine research was carried out, which is responsible for the effectiveness of the actions of players in different positions during the game. The fact that you develop the playmaking of a midfielder, the effectiveness of a striker, and the reading of the game as a goalkeeper is largely due to this journalist. He is one of the strongest tacticians, thinkers and enthusiasts of the game. When I myself studied the impact of a player's kits on all positions, thanks to his help I managed to create an excellent guide that helped many newcomers find their way in the game. Thanks to him, I published my first work in a sports magazine and that's how my journalistic career began. I hope that he will delight us with his interesting articles more than once. His little dream is to get a card in the game. I sincerely believe that he will succeed and the card will be legendary. He deserves it 120%, as well as the title of Football Team legend.

NikNest is the most lovely and charming journalist. Yes, she is our beloved lady who delights us with her smile, positive attitude and interesting articles. Unfortunately, too few girls play this game. However, Nika is not only a veteran of the game, but she also managed to gather many players around her. She was both the leader of the club and its assistant, an excellent scout and a person who is always ready to help in difficult moments. She conducts interesting interviews and makes excellent reviews of important matches in the game. I hope that her enthusiasm will not fade and she will continue to delight us with her works.

VeNoMwho recently changed his name to Pablo Sher, is one of the active and ambitious players of our game, who dared to manage a club, united around him equally amazing players and won many trophies - both individual and club. He writes great reviews of league and cup matches, conducts interviews, predicts match results with the help of neural networks and sometimes together with Nika they create great joint articles. His work is definitely worth following.

Artуis a journalist who keeps detailed statistics of different leagues and clubs, most often the second league. How often have you come across articles about the second league? Usually they write about the Super League, finals or first leagues. It is nice to see that more leagues are also included. Arty analyzes each player in detail, tracks their progress and presents the total number of skills that players have improved over a given period of time. Additionally, he monitors club transfers and presents us with a table of player transfers. You could say that he does it like in real football, but in the game. I hope his enthusiasm does not fade and I am looking forward to his next articles.

Boratis a talented journalist who writes interesting articles related to real football. These can be funny stories from the lives of footballers, coaches or football clubs. In addition, he loves to open numerous packages or exchange collections of things, giving statistics on the prizes that fall out. I recommend following his work - I'm sure you will like his articles and writing style.

Svoy Pakh, recently known by the name Master Mirror, is one of the best mathematicians and economists in the game. He has an excellent understanding of market economics. If you need to improve things as profitably as possible, get resources or resell something on the market, you can safely contact him. He can be considered one of the most promising and rapidly developing players in the game. A man with an excellent sense of humour, very open and intelligent. In addition, he publishes interesting contests, where the answers to which can bring valuable prizes. I recommend following his articles in the magazine.

These are all Russian-speaking journalists who actively write articles for the sports magazine. Of course, there are others who decided to take a break for a while, like Molfar, Serge Trueman and others. But I will tell you about them in the future, if they decide to return to journalism.

INTERVIEW WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR

Hello! This is your favorite newspaper editor Свой пах. This time I want to talk with one of the project administrators.

Senya Shelove helps me organize contests for the community. I thought it would be interesting to learn a little more about the work of the administrator of our favorite game, so I had a short conversation with him.

Свой пах: Hello! You are a Russian-speaking FT administrator (hereinafter admin). Tell us about yourself, how did it happen that you got to the FT team? I know that you have your own account in the game, what was it like before, did you start playing FT, or did you become an administrator?

Senya Shelove: Hello everyone! Thank you for the offer to take part in the interview. I started playing FT quite a long time ago, even before the Eastern European server was opened, but I started playing permanently and very actively in Eastern Europe. At that time I was quite "green", but I got into the Russian-speaking team, which explained to me what and how. Then I started actively publishing articles in the English-language magazine. Then I became a moderator in the Discord server, and when the FT team needed someone like me, I quickly agreed. I am very happy to be part of the team and help in any way possible.

Свой пах: Our game is an international project that runs on different servers, each with its own rules. What does the work of an admin look like? How does cooperation within the team work, is there any division of responsibilities?

Senya Shelove: Yes, indeed, FT is an international project that brings together people from different countries of the world, and I am very glad that so many people have united in one game. Our team is also international; the division of responsibilities mainly concerns the tasks that each of us performs. I haven't been on the team for long yet, but it seems to me that everything is going on in a friendly atmosphere.

Свой пах: Are you responsible for a specific block/server/community? What is your job?

Senya Shelove: I am responsible for the Russian-speaking community in FT and on the Discord channel. I help players, answer questions, support the magazine, and help with translations.

Свой пах: There are rumors that after the server merger, there are so many admins on one server that they had to create new ones so that you had work. Is that true?

Senya Shelove: Haha, this story is funny, but it's not true :)

Свой пах: As a player, do you invest money in the game?

Senya Shelove: Yes, I often buy packages because there's always something missing :)

[Then we'll move on to questions that should actually be asked in the Q&A session, because they are global for the entire game, but I decided to try anyway.]

Свой пах: What prompted the administration to merge the servers? Did the plans work out?

Senya Shelove: Many players wanted to increase competition and activity. In my personal opinion, the merger of servers was a great move, because now in the first leagues there is a constant fight, similar to the Super League.

Свой пахt: We notice that character development is accelerating every month: training bonuses are increasing, the number of energy in packages is increasing, special packages for credits are appearing. Is the administration monitoring this? Are there any changes planned in this matter? For example, 64 energy per training after 30 thousand training sessions per day.

Senya Shelove: I can't answer this question, because we don't want to reveal future plans, to maintain the element of surprise :)

Свой пах: After the merger of servers, the cost of investing in the game for the Russian-speaking community has increased by more than 40%. Taking into account the Xsolla commission, the Russian-speaking community pays even more than the rest. Are there any changes planned to equalize the possibility of investing in the game for the Russian-speaking community?

Senya Shelove: Unfortunately, I can't answer this question either, because I don't deal with financial issues.

Свой пах: Maybe you would like to share something and tell the players something?

Senya Shelove: Footballers, feel free to write your ideas to the administration in Discord and technical support. We always listen to your suggestions, and if they are really interesting, we immediately add them to the list of future updates.
