The World Cup server is approaching fast, bringing completely new rules, rewards, and opportunities never seen on any other FootballTeam server.

In this guide, you’ll find answers to many player questions and the most important details about gameplay: from how to get and transfer Historical items to a special option for top players — the ability to exchange your account for Credits after the competition ends.

ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT AND DON’T WANT ANOTHER ONE? EXCHANGE IT FOR CREDITS!

Players who plan to return to their main account after the World Cup server ends will be able to use the account-for-Credits option.

If you don’t want your World Cup server player to be transferred, and you plan to continue playing on your main Legacy or Classic account, you can exchange your account directly for Credits.

How does it work?

The account’s value in Credits will equal the player’s current OVR at the moment the snapshot is taken.

After the final match, an official OVR ranking snapshot will be made, which will serve as the basis for calculating account value.

Example:

A player with 10,000 OVR at the time of the snapshot will receive 10,000 Credits.

Who can use this option?

This option is available only for the TOP 1000 players on the server.

Each player in the TOP 1000 OVR ranking will be able to decide whether to:

• keep their player and continue on Legacy or Classic, or

• exchange the account and receive Credits equal to their OVR value.

I want to exchange my account for Credits — what should I do?

Within 3 days after the final match, create a support ticket from the account you want to exchange.

 In the ticket, include:

• player name

• the server and account where the Credits should be sent

After receiving your request:

• we’ll check the exact OVR of the player at the snapshot,

• calculate the amount of Credits due,

• transfer them to the account you specified.

⚠ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The email address of the World Cup server account must match the email of the account receiving the Credits.

SKILL PROGRESSION TABLE

The FootballTeam World Cup server is approaching fast, and with it come opportunities to earn incredible rewards, as well as the chance to create a character using a new progression mode based on XP Tables.

What is the Skill Progression Table?

On the FootballTeam World Cup server, progression will be based on a Skill Progression Table. This means a balanced and healthy character development system right from the very beginning.

How does the Skill Progression Table work on the World Cup server?

The number of trainings required to gain the next Skill will depend on the player’s current skill level.

• At the beginning, progression will be fast and dynamic.

•  The higher level you reach, the more challenging further progression will become.

Over the past month, we analyzed training data from active servers and observed how the recently introduced progression system performs in practice. This allowed us to evaluate how it behaves in real server conditions.

As a result, we have prepared an updated progression table that will better match the pace of the World Cup gameplay and provide more balanced progression.

FAQ: EXCHANGING AN ACCOUNT FOR CREDITS

Can I send Credits from more than one account?

No.  Only one transfer from one account to another is allowed. Both accounts must be linked to the same email address.

If my account is flagged, can I still get Credits?

Yes, it will be possible. However, the email must match your main account.

I already have Credits on my account — what happens to them?

If your account has more than 1,000 Credits, they will be added to the value calculated from OVR. A 20% transfer fee will apply to this part.

Example:

You have:

• 10,000 OVR

• 1,000 Credits on the account
  
  

The receiving account will get 10,800 Credits:

• 10,000 Credits for OVR

• 800 Credits from balance (1,000 minus 20%)

What happens to my account after the transfer?

After the Credits transfer, the account will be permanently deleted along with all its contents.

Will I lose other rewards in Credits (e.g., for being in the TOP 1000)?

No. All remaining rewards will be sent as codes to the email where the account was created.

The World Cup server is a special event in FootballTeam. During it, we also prepared a special edition of the Games, offering rewards on a scale never seen before.

What rewards can be obtained?

All rewards in these events will have Historical TOP +0 tier. These include:

• Perfect jewelry

• Balls, wristbands, and shin pads

• Underwear and undershirts

• Basic sets (jerseys, boots, socks, and shorts)

Additionally, event winners will be able to customize skills, bonuses, and abilities on the won items, allowing rewards to match the player’s style and needs perfectly.

Which competitions will offer Historical items?

Can Historical items be obtained outside of the Games?

Yes. Historical items will also be available:

• during events

• through event achievements

• in contests on the World Cup server

• thanks to increased availability of fragments for crafting and manufacturing

Transferring Historical Items

We also prepared a special solution for players who exchange their account for Credits while obtaining MID or TOP Historical items.

These items will not be lost. They will be transferred to the account you usually play on.

The transfer will happen after the official OVR snapshot.

Which items are included in the transfer?

All MID and TOP Historical items:

• jersey

• socks

• boots

• shorts

• ball

• wristband

• shin pads

• undershirt

Will these changes be available on Legacy and Classic servers?

No. The World Cup server is a special event, only available during the FootballTeam World Cup.

It follows its own rules and offers unique opportunities unavailable on other servers.

PLAYER QUESTIONS

How much Energy do players get at server start?

Each player receives 100,000 Energy at server start.

Additionally, every player will also get a Galacticos +30 set.

What is the server time zone?

World Cup server runs on UTC+3, same as the current Classic server.

How many card slots can be unlocked at the start?

All card slots can be unlocked from the very beginning.

Will there be normal clubs, in addition to national teams?

No. Only national teams will be available. Standard clubs will not function due to the World Cup format.

Will card duels be available?

Yes. Card duels will be on the World Cup server, but the season system is adapted to the tournament structure.

• Duel season lasts 63 days in the first stage,

• 30 days in the group stage,

• no duel season during the knockout stage.

Will streamer codes work on this server?

Yes. Many streamers were invited to play on the World Cup server and will distribute codes usable here.

Will packs be available? Which ones?

Yes. All standard packs will be available: Training Packs, Workaholic Packs, and other familiar packs.

Event packs will also appear during events.

Events will be short (around 3 days) so players can focus on regular gameplay and national team competition most of the time.

Will additional bonuses appear after server start?

Our goal is balanced gameplay, so we don’t plan many long events or large bonuses.

However, all national teams start with a fully developed Science Centre and 10,000 points, which can be crucial early on.

Will the Season Pass be available for Credits?

Yes. The World Cup server allows buying the Season Pass with Credits.

What fee applies on the market?

A 20% fee in Credits applies.

Will national teams appear on Legacy after the server ends?

No. The World Cup server is seasonal, only available during the FootballTeam World Cup.

Does the OVR threshold for taking over a national team stop after 5 days?

Yes. From day 6 onward, there is no OVR threshold. First-come, first-served applies.

Can the player taking over a team invite others as deputies?

Yes. The player can invite others, assign deputies, or transfer management to another player.

Note: management functions cannot be undone, and one player can manage only one team.

Can other players join a national team without an invitation?

Joining rules are set by the team manager, who can:

• send invitations

• set a minimum OVR threshold

• accept join requests

Can the manager reject a join request?
Yes, the manager can reject requests.

Can the owner set the required OVR to join?

Yes, the owner can set a minimum OVR or invite players manually.

Can giveaway codes be used on the World Cup server?

Yes. Giveaway codes work here.

What penalties will apply for match fixing on the new server (e.g. so that “friends” from another national team can rank higher)?

We will continuously monitor the situation on the server and respond to any violations of the rules and fair play principles.

National team competitions are a feature the community has been waiting for many years, which is why we will pay special attention to ensuring fair competition.

If attempts to fix matches or other abuses are detected, the administration will take appropriate action in accordance with the game rules.

Will there be a restriction on removing players before the end of Phase 1, so that someone doesn’t end up without a place in a national team in the next phase or lose a reward they earned?

Currently, the game has a system that allows a maximum of 2 players to be removed from a club within 24 hours, and this rule will remain unchanged on the World Cup server.

However, if abuse occurs and the affected player reports the issue to support, the situation will be thoroughly analyzed and each case will be reviewed individually.

Will referral links for inviting friends be available?

No. On the national team server, the referral links tab will be disabled.

Will there be games and contests on the chat run by moderators or the administration?

Yes. Moderators and the administration will organize contests and events in the chat. It’s worth taking part, as some of the main rewards will include Historical MID and TOP items.
